Aneela Mahmud MD MDH is a doctor in Arizona who realized the limitations of modern day health care during the health crisis of 2019-2020.  During this time she navigated job loss that led to to seeking deeper questions and answers.  More and more people are having challenges to their physical, mental and spiritual health.  She endeavors to add a compassionate insightful glance into deeper questions about love, compassion, understanding and our true purpose and place in this world.  These fundamental questions, if left unanswered, chip away at the foundation of our health.  Often these are profoundly important ingredients of the medicine we need in our journey to find healing.  These questions are often addressed during most NDEs (near death experiences) but she would like to offer that health challenges should be looked at as STEs (spiritually transforming events) that can be equally insightful through the lens and framework of German New Medicine and Family Constellation/systems therapy.  She counsels patients in German New Medicine and explores inherited family patterns, addressing Mind Body and Spirit, honoring all levels of being.  The goal of her sessions is not to keep the ego reliving past traumatic experiences, but to access transcendent viewpoints and insights and make sure we are able to carry out the lessons learned, grounded in a life lived well.

In her work she emphasizes the presence of two main states of awareness, the first is the egoic world of survival and negotiating our needs to be met.  This is often under the influence of societal, cultural and family demands and our need to belong and be accepted.  Love is within a limited human lens. The second is the Divine world where a Higher level of expression of love is experienced.  One where we do not judge or condemn.  We accept everything as a part of creation but learn how to navigate ourselves to experience what is best for us.  She believes that NDEs access this higher Divine world view and is part and parcel of the great healing often engendered through it.  Other experiential states such as meditation, hypnosis and breathwork are also access points for the higher Divine world view and should be encouraged as part of a health plan.  She counsels in meditation and uses AO Scan Inner Voice technology to scan the voice to check for deep seated subconscious emotional content and to find balancing frequencies to counteract them along with meditation audios.  Our voice communicates more than our words, and she endeavors to make aware what is unaware through this additional tool.

German New Medicine sees illness happening simultaneously on the psyche/soul level, brain level and organ level. The life experience that triggers the changes on these 3 levels are often recurring themes through a person’s life and will continue until we process and come to terms or move on to other planes for completion and learning of spiritual lessons.  If you would like a deeper look into the meaning of health challenges and the connection with life experiences, book a session with Dr. Aneela.   Finally, we can come to see that illness is a great time of pause and reflection, a time to go deeper within the Self at the same time as exploring best-suited treatment options.

Dr. Aneela Mahmud also provides counseling for those who have had NDE’s and are looking for integration into lived experience.  She can provide a loving, supportive, non-judgmental environment to embrace the Higher soul expression which seeks to come into full embodied living.
